I heard that you provide 1.5% warranty for defect.
Instead of that, we'd like to receive 20pcs of UPS for A/S. Could you please give us?
Actually, We need orginally 620pcs. If you give 20pcs for completed product, we'd like to place an order of 600pcs.

If you're not accepted, we'll place an order 611pcs except for 9pcs(warranty, you my provide for free).

Once received from your feedback, we'll fix the Qty.

2) This order is very urgent. Could you please give us the best delivery date first?
It must be shipped within the end of the month (May 30th).  Is it OK?
After confirmed, we will pay the deposit at once.

We'd like to change box size as attached.

One thing I do notice, if this is a real order, is that your order implies that your company cannot control its stock levels, and need every order to be urgent. This does not give a good impression to other companies who deal with you. Please try to soften the tone to be requesting rather than instruction (do not use the word MUST). If this is a Korean business practice then it is ok, but it is not a Western business practice.
