1. What is your day?
Even though It was holiday, me and my girldfriend went to public liberary to study on weekend. So I had to get up early this morning. It was so cold the outside. It makes me feel that I was not willing to go out. I first went to her home in order to give her ride on my way to the liberary. I parked my car in paring area. Then we went in free studyroom. This pot was croeded with so many peope who wanted to study in there.

2. What are something you do to stay healty?
In order to keep healthy condition in body, We have try to eat good food witch consists of natural ingredience such as vegitables and fruits. Most of all, I work out at gym near my home. It takes me only 1 hour to be finished working out. I want to keep healthy mind. Therefore I try to find time for hobby. It help reduce my stress from work place.

3. What does being healthy mean to you? what do healty people usaually do?
Keeping the healthy body and mind is very important for me. If not, We cannot do anything I want. Some of the peoople in the hospital regreted not to keeping healthy condition themselves. As you may know the wonderful word. "we can earn lots of money, But when you loss your physical Health and helthy mind, You lost everything."
Healthy people work out for at least 1 hour everyday and stay away from smking and drinking. Most of all, It is neccessory to go to bed before 10 o"Clock pm. It makes people heal body during the sleeping.

4. Tell me about your healthy person you met. How did he or she affect you?
The healtist peoson I have ever met is my co-worker who works with me. His name is Young Un He never keep the blackfast including other eating time and also He stays away from drinking. He only drink a healrlthy beverage. When get home from work, He go to the gym to work out. Most of All, He always greet all people and waves. That is the reason that he can keep a healthy mind. I try to resemble him. He had great impect on me.

The healthiest person I have ever met is my co-worker. His name is Young Un. He never misses breakfast and other  meals and he doesn't drink alcohol, he only drinks  healthy drinks. When he gets home from work, he goes to the gym to work out. Most of all, he always greets and waves to everyone he meets. That is the reason he has a healthy mind. I try to emulate him. He has had great impact on me.
