RE:People can enjoy more time for leisure activities in the future or not
Some people may argue that people in
two decades will not be able to enjoy their leisure time more than the present.
However, I would say that people could spend more time on their own activities
rather than working in the future. This is because the development of
technology would be useful in terms of time-efficiency, and because demographic
transformation could change the life styles of the entire population.
To begin with, the progress of science
would help people utilize their time more efficiently. To be specific, the
development of technology could lead to innovations of people’s lives by
producing a number of new devices. For instance, smart house would be prevalent
in the future, which indicates that people can handle all of their appliances,
electronic equipment wherever they are, and that central control system
regulates energy usages of the house. Unmanned vehicle would be produced in the
future, which implies that people do not need to spend their time on driving.
Including aforementioned technologies, a lot of innovation would be applied to
people’s lives. This could make people possible to reduce their time to be
spent on extra work. It means that they would have more time to do what they
really want.
On top of that, the transformation of population
composition will lead to change in people’s tendency of spending hours. So to
speak, there would be rise in aging people worldwide in twenty years later. Generally,
elderly people spend more time on their leisure activities rather than work. As
population of old people increases, the life styles of the whole population
would face changes accordingly. Statistics recently released by Korea Tourism
Organization showed that the number of older people traveling to other
countries in Korea has steadily increased over the decade. The statistics
estimated that the main factor is due to the demographic change in Korea. It
also predicted that a larger number of aging people would take trips overseas
in the future. Consequently, change in population composition means that there
would be more population enjoying their leisure time.
To sum up, people in the future could spend more time on leisure activities due to the development of technology as well as population transformation. In this regard, I strongly believe that it is realizable for people in two decades to spend more time on their leisure activities.

Good work. You are making predictions, so it is better to use 'will' 'Could & would' talk about possible or imaginary situations, whereas your are giving your opinion of the future. I will send the mp3 on Saturday, as I have a cold and my voice does not sound good. My apologies.
